Upcycled Armchair
Furniture friends, if you're hunting for amazing pieces that don't cost a fortune, you've landed in the right spot! So, let me tell you a little story...
I rescued this striped armchair from my local recycle centre for just $20. It had good bones, but it needed some love. So, I rolled up my sleeves and gave it a spa day (aka a super clean). I kicked those rusty legs to the curb and raided my garage like a treasure hunter. I found some old panels and got an idea. I pulled the veneer battens off the felt, which I cut and painted, and glued all around the armchair and weighted them down with old tiles until the glue had cured. And that's it! I flipped the switch, using materials I already had and unleashed a whole new vibe that syncs perfectly with our home.
