Boujee Chips & Dip

Chips and dip, but make it fancy.

Sometimes you have to take a classic and make it a little bit extra. Your everyday chips and dips get a complete makeover thanks to my Boujee Chips & Dip with a sour cream, mascarpone and dill dip, topped with caviar, and paired with simple yet salty crinkle cut potato chips. The caviar shimmers on top and add a little bit of salty, crisp fun as they pop in your mouth. Truly, my Boujee Chips & Dip is a match made in heaven. Even better, this is one of the easiest starters to put together and will wow your crowd. 

 

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mascarpone

  • Handful of dill, finely chopped

  • Cracked pepper, to season

  • Caviar

  • Packet of crinkle cut potato chips

 

Method

  1. Combine sour cream, mascarpone and dill in a bowl. Stir with a spoon and season with pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl.

  2. Spoon caviar on top of the dip and serve with potato chips.

  3. And as always, enjoy!

Extra note: Cover and store in the fridge until serving. You can prepare this dip a couple of days in advance. Spoon the caviar when you are ready to serve and sprinkle the chips around the dip.
